Most financial products fail people the same way. They dump information instead of building confidence. I've spent 10 years in product design working at the intersection of complex data and the people who need to act on it, building investing platforms, research tools, and systems that work for everyone from first-time investors to active traders.

As a Principal Product Designer at Bank of America, I lead work that spans vision-level strategy and shipped products. The through line is the same everywhere. Figure out what's actually blocking people, then design the simplest path through it. Not simpler data. Simpler decisions.

Outside of work I'm chasing my kids around Boston, paddling a canoe, or testing whether good South Shore bar pizza can survive a different climate.
